Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VibeDine. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use VibeDine.

What VibeDine is

VibeDine suggests places to eat based on what you tell it. Our picks, order suggestions, ratings, hours, and other details are suggestions generated from third-party data and AI — they can be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the important things (hours, availability, price, and especially allergen and dietary information) directly with the restaurant before you rely on them.

Your account

You can use VibeDine as a guest or with an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or other protections.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or its data.
• Use VibeDine for anything unlawful or harmful.

Ordering & third-party services

When you tap an order, reservation, or menu link, you leave VibeDine and transact with a third party (e.g. a delivery platform or restaurant) under theirterms. VibeDine isn't a party to those transactions and isn't responsible for the food, service, fulfillment, pricing, or refunds. Some outbound links may be affiliate links.

Paid plans

If paid plans are offered, the price, billing period, and what's included will be shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Specific subscription and refund terms will be presented at checkout and form part of these terms.

Disclaimers

VibeDine is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will be accurate, available, suitable for your dietary needs, or uninterrupted. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeDine and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party restaurants, platforms, or data.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; we'll revise the date above and note material changes in the app. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
